This policy sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand the use of your personal data and how we will treat it.

Since we take data storage seriously we consider the information collected as a medical record that belongs to the patient, we therefore give you, the patient, control of your records.

We don’t sell your data to anyone. However, we do need to store some data in order to enable certain functionality. Any data stored is personally un-identifiable and cannot be traced back to you without authentication.

When using our Omentia® Patient, we may collect data about you, as follows:

When you create a profile, we ask for your civic number to get your gender, year of birth and location from national registration office, to refine our service per your circumstances.

When you register with us, we ask for your email address and phone number, so we may send you news and alerts, and enable you to share profiles between your phones and computers.

When using our third-party payment methods, we will share the contact information you provide in the app with the service provider, so they may better provide the billing information you require. This data sharing policy is explained before you make payment. No data will be shared if you do not accept the terms and hence do not purchase the service.

Additionally, we may collect other information when using our products that helps us improve our service to you and maintain operational levels. This information cannot be used to identify you. It includes:

  • device model, OS version and location, so we know how best to support our users and their devices.
